Ultra soft 100% Polyester Twill cover & polyester pillow insert with zipper pull.
All product components sourced & constructed in USA.
Care Instructions: Cover - Machine wash inside-out & tumble dry low; Insert - Spot clean only.

**Note: Once they are stuffed with an insert, the finished dimensions will usually be an inch or two smaller.

Sizing is deceptive

I ordered a 14 by 14 pillow and it barely measured 12 by 12 since the size is unstuffed. Seriously??? You market it as a stuffed pillow. Quality good, but still.

Did not receive

Did not receive the pillow after 2 instances received email that it was delivered and was not.. upon emailing them the first time they apologized said there was s defect and had to redo the pillow and asked if I’d wait and said yes.. the second time emailed said mistake from post office they will adjust tracking to keep track., this has been few weeks and still no pillow nor refund.. very disappointing
